We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Strategy to join our team and play a key role in building impactful products & services, developing new business models, and leveraging our 450 tech talents to measurably transform organisations with AI, Big Data &. As part of our newly established consulting unit, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the foundation of a growing advisory practice with the creative freedom and start-up mentality of a young business, while benefiting from the backing of a fast-growing, established tech company.

As vital part of our consulting unit, you will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact digital tech initiatives, ensuring end-to-end execution from ideation to delivery and adoption. You will also gain exposure to cutting-edge AI technologies, data strategies and business transformation methodologies while contributing to the growth of our consulting practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Execution & Project Delivery

• Together with our Digital Strategy Team you deliver digital transformation projects, ensuring smooth implementation and measurable impact on our clients.
• Conduct business and technical analysis to define requirements, identify opportunities, and provide data-driven insights.
• Work with technical teams to bridge the gap between strategy and execution, ensuring seamless integration of AI, data, and cloud solutions.
• Track project progress, report key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure alignment with client goals.

Entrepreneurial Mindset & Ownership

• Take initiative in problem-solving and proactively drive tasks forward with minimal supervision.
• Work autonomously and adapt quickly to new challenges, identifying innovative solutions to optimize processes.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that align with business objectives.

Technical & Business Understanding

• Leverage knowledge of AI technologies and data/cloud infrastructure to support digital strategy initiatives.
• Understand and contribute to software development projects, ensuring alignment with business use cases.
• Support the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions, data analytics frameworks, and automation strategies.
• Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and business units to ensure successful adoption of new technologies.

Innovation & Business Growth

• Support innovation projects across their lifecycle, from ideation and concept validation to implementation and adoption.
• Develop business cases, presentations, and reports to support decision-making.
• Identify market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance digital transformation efforts.

• 2+ years of experience in digital strategy, consulting, or execution of technology-driven projects.
• Hands-on experience working on software development projects, digital transformation, or AI/data initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Familiarity with AI use cases and solutions, data infrastructure, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to challenges and a passion for digital innovation.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
