Accountant Role at BYD-Harmony-Auto-Spain
About the PositionWe are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Accountant to join our team at BYD-Harmony-Auto-Spain in Madrid.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement tailored financial management and accounting policies, aligned with overseas subsidiaries' specific needs.
- Coordinate annual audits, budget preparation, finalization, and financial reporting for overseas subsidiaries as required by the finance department.
- Maintain relationships with local banks, oversee fund budgets, and ensure company funds security.
- Ensure compliance with tax policies of overseas subsidiaries, conduct effective tax planning, and minimize tax risks.
- Provide timely risk alerts related to operations and finance from overseas subsidiaries to the finance department.
- Foster internal communication, build a strong financial team, and deliver training for finance personnel.
Assist the finance department in coordinating the financial operations of overseas businesses, ensuring accurate and timely submission of financial and internal management reports for all subsidiaries.
Requirements:- At least 1-2 years of financial management experience in the automotive sales industry.
- Strong communication and stress management skills.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and English; proficiency in Chinese is advantageous.
