**Accountant Position Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated Accountant to support our finance team at BYD Harmony Auto Spain in Madrid.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement tailored financial management and accounting strategies for overseas subsidiaries.
- Coordinate annual audits, budget preparation, and financial reporting for overseas subsidiaries as required by the headquarters' finance department.
- Manage relationships with local banks, oversee fund budget preparation, and ensure secure company funds.
- Comply with tax policies, conduct tax planning, and minimize tax risks for subsidiaries.
- Provide timely risk alerts related to operations and finance from overseas subsidiaries to the headquarters' finance department.
- Foster internal communication, build the financial team, and provide training for finance personnel.
- Assist the headquarters' finance department in coordinating financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely submission of financial reports for all subsidiaries.
**Required Qualifications:**
- 1-2 years of experience in financial management within the automotive sales industry.
- Strong communication and stress management skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; Chinese proficiency is advantageous.
