Key Responsibilities Leadership in Requirements Gathering: Lead the collaboration with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze complex business requirements and translate them into comprehensive technical specifications. Advanced Business Process Analysis: Evaluate and redesign existing business processes and systems to identify and implement improvements and optimizations. Strategic Solution Design: Collaborate with senior D&T and business leaders to design and propose strategic solutions that meet business needs and align with organizational goals. Initiative Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, and within scope. Stakeholder Communication and Management: Act as a primary liaison between business units and D&T, facilitating clear and effective communication and managing stakeholder expectations.
