Job Description

Reporting to the Owners, the Group General Manager will be responsible for:

  1. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement expansion strategies, including market analysis, site selection, and feasibility studies.
  2. Set operational goals and benchmarks for new and existing locations to ensure successful openings and ongoing performance.
  3. Oversee the daily operations of all locations, ensuring consistency in service quality, food standards, and brand integrity.
  4. Develop and standardize operational procedures that can be replicated in new locations to facilitate growth.
  5. Lead recruitment efforts for management and staff at new locations, ensuring a high-quality workforce aligned with our culture.
  6. Provide training and ongoing support to new and existing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  7. Prepare and manage budgets for new openings, ensuring financial targets are met.
  8. Analyze sales and financial data to optimize profitability across all locations.
  9. Ensure exceptional guest experiences through training, monitoring, and feedback mechanisms.
  10. Address customer feedback and implement changes to improve service and satisfaction.
  11. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new locations and enhance brand visibility.
  12. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
  13. Ensure all locations meet health, safety, and compliance standards.
  14. Conduct regular audits and inspections to uphold operational standards.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  2. 7+ years of experience in restaurant/hospitality business management, with a strong emphasis on multi-unit operations and expansion.
  3. Proven success in opening new restaurant/hotel locations and managing growth.
  4. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial analysis.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
