Job Description:

Then we are looking for you Our client is one of the world’s leading providers of telematics solutions for fleet management, vehicle telematics, and connected car services.

The Business Development Representative (BDR) will initiate contact with midmarket and enterprise companies across several different channels, evaluating business needs and closing deals.

Responsibilities:
  • Building new customer relationships by prospecting new large and enterprise companies
  • Prospecting and qualification of new leads, first contact with large and enterprise accounts, creating awareness, and taking appointments with Field Account Managers
  • Conducting effective in- and outbound calls and delivering consistent results
  • Working closely with marketing on outreach campaigns and with channel managers to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies
  • Logging all mandatory and optional data in the correct manner in the internal software systems
Requirements:
  • Able to initiate a professional business-to-business engagement over the phone
  • Autonomous, motivated, persuasive, goal-oriented
  • A team player with a positive attitude and passion for Sales
  • Enjoy opening accounts, forging opportunities, and building business relationships
  • Capability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with peers who push you to be better
  • Capability to build and maintain relationships with Clients
  • CRM experience is a plus
  • Native-level of German
  • Full professional level of English
