Reports to VP, Global Medical Solutions or Senior Program Director, Medical
Amplity Areas Of Expertise Medical - Outsourced global clinical & medical engagement for accelerated drug approval and acceptance
Sales - Flexible, scalable sales teams for rapid product launch & lifecycle management
Intel - Real-time insights powered by a one-of-a-kind comprehensive qualitative database + platform
Comms - Premium content & audience access to critical oncology care networks
to deliver specific Client specific project KPIs.
Daily management of the field-based team is a key aspect of the role ensuring the effective implementation, execution, and delivery of Client requirements to achieve key goals in specific locations and sites. Retention and expansion of assigned projects is a key goal.
The specific deliverables being managed can vary and is defined in the contract Amplity holds with the client organisation.
Meaningful management expertise may be deployed in the following areas: Setting and monitoring of KPIs
Consultancy services to Client in helping to shape and form localised planning
Performance management, appraisals and renumeration
Training and coaching of field teams to increase skills and capabilities that drive outstanding clinical and scientific conversations and outputs
Role model Amplity values and represent our brand, demonstrating sound judgment and integrity in all aspects of the role
Monitor project status/changes and develop solutions to address arising issues by engaging the Director, Medical, People (HR) Team, Finance Manager and
