Responsibilities Lead with vision and Integrity Support and empower your team in both clinical (presence in the Operatory Room) and administrative excellenceSet clear goals, provide mentoring and regular feedback, and foster continuous developmentDrive engagement through structured onboarding, training, and succession planning Drive Strategic Growth Analyze regional performance and provide accurate sales forecastingNavigate public (Concúrsos, Lícitiationces Públicas, SAS, SIGLO) and private (GPOs) procurement systemsCollaborate with cross-functional and international teams, including Tenders, Pricing, Product Specialist, Customer Service and moreBuild and maintain strong relationships with clinical and administrative decision-makersDeepen your expertise in surgical procedures and product applicationsUtilize key business indicators to inform strategic decisions.
