This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a high-potential region in the medical device industry.This is a dynamic and strategic field position, which will allow you to grow your knowledge of medical devices and procurement mechanisms as well as elevate your leadership skills. A comprehensive 7-week technical training program and a leadership curriculum will help you strengthen your tools to succeed.You will report to the Director of Field Implementation, and you will be in regular contact with international colleagues and management based in the Netherlands (our European Headquarters).Key ResponsibilitiesLead with vision and IntegritySupport and empower your team in both clinical (presence in the Operatory Room) and administrative excellenceSet clear goals, provide mentoring and regular feedback, and foster continuous developmentDrive engagement through structured onboarding, training, and succession planningDrive Strategic GrowthAnalyze regional performance and provide accurate sales forecastingNavigate public (Concúrsos, Lícitiationces Públicas, SAS, SIGLO) and private (GPOs) procurement systemsCollaborate with cross-functional and international teams, including Tenders, Pricing, Product Specialist, Customer Service and moreBuild and maintain strong relationships with clinical and administrative decision-makersDeepen your expertise in surgical procedures and product applicationsUtilize key business indicators to inform strategic decisions.What You BringBachelor’s or University degree levelProven leadership experience with a coaching mindsetFamiliarity with SAS, SIGLO and regional procurement platformsExcellent oral and written communication skills in SpanishGood oral and written communication skills in EnglishAbility and willingness to travel frequently and complete 3 weeks of training in English in the NetherlandsBased in Southern SpainWhat We OfferPermanent ContractExtensive onboarding at our state-of-the-art facilities in our European HQ, and more opportunities for personal development and continuous learning (training topics include human anatomy, our products, the clinical landscape and sales techniques)Remunerative package including base Salary, commission, Company car and pension schemeInternational working environmentCulture of openness fueled by mutual respectAt Applied Medical, we are committed to make a meaningful, positive difference, each and every day.
