Interim HR Director & Social Relations (M/W). Implement a sensitive business & social transformation and develop the social relationship. Ensure HR business continuity by directly managing the local HR team during the transformation phase. Coordinate the social transformation in close coordination with Group, within Spanish labor laws and HR legal processes. Direct report at HR Group level in coordination with external legal advisors. Fluent in Spanish & English (business level). Expertise in Spanish labour law with proven track record in social relations management and restructuring contexts. Expert in Spanish social & legal relations. Experience in BtoB sectors such as specialized distribution, transport, logistics, supply‑chain, fleet management, warehousing or equivalent. Strong legal knowledge of labour and social matters. Experience working with Group and local employee representative bodies. Agile within complex matrix organisations.
