Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the department in issues relating to the entire life cycle of people, including onboarding and offboarding processes, employment contracts, compensation, collaboration agreements, international management, and other related matters, ensuring accurate data entry into HR information systems and maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and legal compliance at all times.Support payroll management, validate incidents, and prepare monthly summaries.Manage time: attendance, absences, leave, IT/AT.Review and update company policies related to labour relations and personnel administration to ensure legal compliance and proper application.Assist the Head of HR with the management of labour relations and the preparation of required documents and records.Provide support for labour inspections and audits.Monitor new developments in labour legislation, public practices, and internal regulations.Identify processes and develop internal procedures and automated solutions to improve area management.Provide optimal service to employees and expert advice regarding labour legislation, ensuring compliance with legal aspects.Actively participate in the development and implementation of transversal projects undertaken by the department.Perform other duties as assigned.You HaveExperienceAt least 3 years of experience in a similar position.Understanding of laws, regulations, and guidelines related to HR.General understanding of core HR processes and policies.KnowledgeBachelor’s degree in Labour Relations, Law, or a relevant field with a strong HR emphasis.Knowledge of Spanish labour law.SkillsAnalytical and detail-oriented.Decisive and proactive.Highly organized and reliable.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Flexible and people-oriented.Languages & ITExcellent command (spoken and written) of English, Spanish, and Catalan.Advanced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.You Might Also HaveMSc in Human Resources and knowledge of SAP Business One.Previous experience in a research centre or public institution.#J-18808-Ljbffr
