As aRegional Sales ManageratHID Global, you will be thego-to expertforleading companiesinAutomotive,Aerospace,Heavy vehicleand otherManufacturingsegments. Yourmissionwill be toimprovesafety, qualityandefficiencyof their operations using the cutting-edge indoor localization technologies and Digital Twin software.This challenging role includes evangelization of the market, developing local partner ecosystem, and closing complex deals with multiple C-level stakeholders inmanufacturingandintralogistics. You will be supported by fast growing marketing, sales and customer experience teams withscale-up mindsetand globalcorporation stabilityandbrand.Your role in Iberia •Owning a revenue growth for HID Industrial RTLS solutions in Spain and Portugal • Act as atrusted advisor to industrial customers: understand their processes, identify use cases, and translate them intohigh-value RTLSanddigitalization projects. • Build and nurturelong-term relationshipswith C-level, operations and stakeholders, from first discovery visit to multi-site roll-outs. • Develop and manage aproductive partner ecosystem(system integrators, resellers, alliances) that actively generates new opportunities and closes significant deals. • Work closely withsales, marketing and CXteams to deliver compellingdemos, pilotsandvalue-based proposals. • Buildingterritory strategyandkeepingpipelineandforecastssharp and reliable inCRM.Your profile •5+ years in B2B tech / industrial salesorpre-sales(SaaS, IIoT, Industrial Digitalization, complex solutions, Lean), consistently meeting or exceeding targets. •Proven success in consultative, multi-stakeholder saleswith large industrial or manufacturing customers. • Strong understanding ofproduction / intralogistics environments; experience withIndustry 4.0, MES/WMS/ERP, Leanordigital factory projectsis a plus. • Comfortable with bothdirectandindirect (channel-driven) modelsand experienced in working with partners. •Self-driven, structured, able to run a territory with a high degree ofownershipandindependence. • Fluent inSpanishandEnglish(Portuguese is an advantage); based inIberiawithwillingness to travel.What you get in return Astrategic, growing regionyou can truly shape – Iberia is one of the key markets HID Industrial RTLS strategy.
