Key Account Assistant

Full time Key Account Assistant to work with the KAM team in our Barcelona head office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will provide administrative assistance to the Key Account team (contract preparation, invoicing..)
  • Serve as the point of contact for assigned decentralized key accounts , ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues.
  • Administration and further development of processes, tools and documents related to key account management.
  • Ensure the flow of information and documentation between the key account manager and ISC (including support to the ISC KAM).
  • Assist in developing account strategies and plans to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, market trends, and client feedback to management.
  • Create and update templates, presentations and databases in collaboration with ISC KAM support.

Your Profile:

  • Speaking French and English is a must.
  • You are based in Barcelona .
  • You have +2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • You are good with data analysis.
  • You are motivated and feel comfortable working in a team.
  • You have strong communication skills both externally and internally.
  • You pay attention to detail and you have strong organizational abilities.
  • You feel confident in using Microsoft Office products, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
