Key Account Assistant

Full time Key Account Assistant to work with the KAM team in our Barcelona head office.

Key Responsibilities:

You will provide administrative assistance to the Key Account team (contract preparation, invoicing..)

Serve as the point of contact for assigned decentralized key accounts , ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues.

Administration and further development of processes, tools and documents related to key account management.

Ensure the flow of information and documentation between the key account manager and ISC (including support to the ISC KAM).

Assist in developing account strategies and plans to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.

Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, market trends, and client feedback to management.

Create and update templates, presentations and databases in collaboration with ISC KAM support.

Your Profile:

Speaking French and English is a must.

You are based in Barcelona .

You have +2 years' experience in a similar role.

You are good with data analysis.

You are motivated and feel comfortable working in a team.

You have strong communication skills both externally and internally.

You pay attention to detail and you have strong organizational abilities.

You feel confident in using Microsoft Office products, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
