Des d’AXXON estem seleccionant, per una empresa líder en el sector d'embalatge, ubicada a la província del Baix Empordà, un/a:FINANCE & ACCOUNTING SPECIALISTLa persona seleccionada es responsabilitzarà de la gestió comptable i financera assignada, sempre amb la supervisió de la persona responsable del departament, assegurant el compliment dels processos clau de l'àrea. El seu treball contribuirà directament a mantenir la salut financera del negoci i a facilitar la presa de decisions estratègiques.Principals funcionsEmetre factures a clients de manera precisa i oportuna.Realitzar el seguiment de cobraments, donant suport a la gestió de deute vençut, amb la col·laboració de l'equip comercial.Registrar les operacions comptables generals (impostos, nòmines, ajustos comptables, auditoria).Registrar factures de proveïdors assegurant el compliment fiscal i comptable.Realitzar conciliacions bancàries mensuals.Preparar i presentar la liquidació mensual d'impostos.Conciliar comptes i acomplir les tasques amb dates de tancament marcades per la direcció financera.S'ofereixProjecte estable en una empresa líder en el seu sector.Formar part d’un departament financer, amb possibilitats de creixement professional.Banda salarial inicial d’entre 28000¤-32000¤, a valorar segons experiència aportada.Flexibilitat horària i dos dies de teletreball a la setmana, una vegada la persona incorporada hagi rebut la formació i adaptació al lloc de treball.ExperiènciaAportar experiència mínima d’entre 3 i 5 anys, acomplint funcions similars en àrees comptables i financeres.Coneixements sòlids en comptabilitat general i impositiva.Molt valorable haver treballat en entorn industrial o distribució, i en un entorn internacional.FormacióFormació en Comptabilitat, Administració o carrera afí.Habilitats i competènciesNivell mitjà-avançat d'anglès, especialment escrit.Ús avançat de Navision i altres eines ofimàtiques.Capacitat de treball col·laboratiu i bones habilitats comunicatives per coordinar-se amb altres departaments.Presa de decisions, proactivitat, capacitat analítica i autonomia.Orientació al detall per assegurar una gestió comptable rigorosa.Iniciativa pròpia per gestionar el cicle comptable amb eficiència i responsabilitat.Perfil organitzat i resolutiu.#J-18808-Ljbffr
