As Finance Accounting you will be part of the of the Finance team responsible for the success of all financial processes in the company.

**What you will do**:

- Being responsible of the full payment cycle management process.
- Accurate registration and process of all the income and cost invoices.
- Register purchase and sales invoices and control of accounts receivables and payables including intercompany conciliation.
- Register and control the Fixed assets.
- Control and register the petty cash.
- Manage accruals to ensure the efficiency in the cost registration.
- Manage Bank conciliation in a monthly basis
- Support on document business processes and accounting policies.
- Collaborate with Product team on the development of finance features.
- Provide support on different office management duties.
- **What you bring**:

- Accounting & Administrative background applicable in Spain with at least 2-year experience.
- Good Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), including ability to quickly familiarize with accounting software. Knowledge and previous management of Navision would be a plus.
- Proactive and pragmatic with a positive attitude and can-do approach
- You have outstanding communication skills both spoken and written.
- Excellent organization and coordination skills, problem solving is part of your ability by thinking outside the box for suitable solutions
- Fluency in Spanish & English (our company language), both written and spoken.
