We are currently looking for a Construction Manager to join their team in Madrid on a permanent basis. In this role, you will support global development, pre-construction and construction, setting best practices, advising senior stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery from early development through to operations. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate construction risks and ensure readiness at development and acquisition stages. Provide expert guidance to regional teams throughout pre-construction and construction phases. Ensure safety, governance, and quality standards are met across all projects. Support the negotiation and execution of EPC and related contracts. Lead and promote lessons learned, continuous improvement, and smooth handovers to operations. Key Requirements: Engineering degree with substantial relevant experience in renewable energy projects Proven success managing construction of renewable energy projects either in the capacity of owner, EPC contractor or investor. Strong commercial and contractual acumen Contractor and stakeholder management skills. Experience with BESS projects and understanding of project finance (preferred, but not essential) A proactive communicator, comfortable working across multiple cultures and geographies. Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage) Willingness to travel internationally.
