**The Role**:
We are currently searching for a Data Centre Construction Project Manager to join the team in Madrid. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Civil projects on a prestigious, innovative development, managing all Civil works from design handover to delivery. You will collaborate with colleagues in the company design department, create technical specifications and building models, oversee the construction management within the Civil field (with the help of some trusted subcontractors), and will be the go-to person for clients for all matters related to Civil works (including taking the financial lead on these matters).
**Your Profile**:
To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 10 years of construction experience, with expertise in working on complex industrial building projects (ranging from 50-100M€) with tight deadlines and high technical value.
As a Civil Engineer, you should be proficient in leading work on foundations, structural matters, secondary works and urbanization, and MUST have a technical mindset. Your interpersonal skills, adaptability and meticulousness will help you succeed in this role and grow within the company.
Fluency in both Spanish and English is required, with additional language capabilities always viewed as highly beneficial.
