Your day to day¿Busca una oportunidad que sume? Nosotros buscamos un nuevo Controlador financiero con un dominio suficiente de los números para equilibrar la administración de los activos del hotel, mantener un entorno de contabilidad centralizado y hacer proyecciones exactas. De manera absolutamente confidencial.
Cada día es diferente, pero la mayor parte del tiempo deberá:
- Dirigir las actividades financieras de todos los días y empoderar a su equipo para rendir en sus roles.
- Asegurarse de que las facturas de los huéspedes sean exactas y ayudar a resolver cualquier consulta.
- Asegurarse de que los procedimientos y sistemas de control financiero sean éticos y legales.
- Preparar análisis financieros, pronósticos y presupuestos - así como revisar las tarifas y participar en reuniones de estrategia de ventas.
- Administrar las cuentas a pagar para equilibrar el flujo de caja y proteger nuestra reputación con nuestros proveedores.
What we need from you
- Licenciatura, título de educación superior o equivalente en contabilidad o finanzas.
- O tres años en contabilidad en un hotel o como auditor interno con un año en un rol de supervisión.
- O una combinación de educación y experiencia equivalente.
- Debe hablar inglés con fluidez.
