Cada día es diferente, pero la mayor parte del tiempo deberá: Reparar, reemplazar y reacondicionar artículos en todo el hotel. Asumir la responsabilidad de la seguridad y limpieza de las áreas dentro y fuera del hotel. Seguir el calendario de mantenimiento preventivo y buscar nuevas maneras de mejorar las experiencias de nuestros huéspedes. Mantener informado a su supervisor o gerente de turno sobre los niveles de suministros. Estar preparado para asumir tareas adicionales cuando el equipo lo necesite. What we need from you Deberá tener al menos un año en mantenimiento o reparación. Título de estudios secundarios o capacitación vocacional relacionada. Debe estar familiarizado con Microsoft Office, un programa de administración de edificios y/o cualquier otra herramienta de informes, como HotSos, Opera, Lutron, Bartech o Inncom. Además del equipamiento del edificio y las herramientas manuales, debe tener un conocimiento práctico de los procedimientos básicos de plomería, electricidad y mantenimiento preventivo. Certificación CPO: si el hotel tiene una piscina, una licencia de operador de piscina certificado sería ideal. Nivel razonable de condición física: estará de pie la mayor parte del día y deberá agacharse y arrodillarse con frecuencia. Además de cumplir con las leyes locales sobre la manipulación de alimentos y el expendio de bebidas alcohólicas, debe tener la edad mínima obligatoria y hablar con fluidez el idioma local.
