Learn, grow, experiment and have people around you who make work feel fun.Your tasks and responsibilities Sourcing: Lead all sourcing activities with external suppliers, communicate supply constraints, and support strategic initiatives in collaboration with Procurement Category Leads.Supplier Management: Manage supplier relationships, create robust supply agreements, and leverage market intelligence to mitigate risks and drive competitive advantage.Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal stakeholders to understand their needs, set joint targets, and provide procurement expertise.What you bring Educational Background: Master’s degree in science or engineeringExperience: Several years of experience in the area of Capital Expenditure project sourcing (i.e. engineering, equipment) ideally in the Life Sciences industryTechnical Skills: Ideally experience in procurement systems (e.g. Ariba) and Microsoft Office Suite.Languages: Excellent proficiency in English is required; other languages are an advantage such as GermanWhat else?
