Job OverviewWe are currently seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team in a German Speaking Content Moderator position in Bulgaria. This role is a fantastic opportunity to immerse yourself in the social media industry while living in a vibrant European hub, with a full relocation package provided to ensure a seamless transition.
Key ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze user-generated content on major social media platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
Identify and elevate potential policy violations, including hate speech, harassment, and inappropriate media, to maintain a safe digital environment.
Maintain high accuracy and efficiency standards while processing large volumes of social media posts in the German language.
Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of social media safety protocols.
Stay updated on evolving digital trends and platform policies to ensure consistent content moderation quality.
Collaborate with international teams to provide insights on user behavior and platform engagement.
Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport is required for all applicants.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make objective, policy-based decisions.
Previous experience in social media or customer support is considered an asset for these German-speaking jobs.
Proficiency in English to effectively communicate within a multicultural office environment.
Ability to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, for this on-site opportunity.
