We are looking for an experienced and eager Business Analyst to join our team, to participate in an innovative project related to the insurance business and in particular to Life Insurance. The ideal candidate will have a high knowledge of the business processes involved in Insurance management systems and a proven ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual who can bring value to the project. Support the development and business teams to ensure the correct implementation of the solutions. Perform functional and integration tests to ensure product quality. Provide support and training to end users. Previous experience as a Business Analyst in life insurance projects. In-depth knowledge of the business, processes and regulations of the insurance industry. Opportunities for professional development and ongoing training. Hybrid work model Flexible working hours Intensive workday in summer (July and August) and Fridays
