We’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager to own the operating system of revenue at Lyfegen. As Lyfegen scales globally, predictable growth depends on tight alignment across Sales, Marketing, SDR, and Customer-facing teams. To enable this, we need a leader who can orchestrate execution, drive accountability, and leverage AI-powered automation to scale operations with precision and agility.

Revenue Orchestration & Cross-Functional Alignment Act as the central orchestrator between Sales, SDR, Marketing, Product, Legal, Finance, and Customer teams. Ensure tight alignment across the customer journey—from first touch to deal closure and handover. Define and enforce clear ownership, SLAs, and governance across revenue processes. Identify and resolve operational friction points that impact deal velocity, customer experience, or forecast accuracy. 2.

Tender & RFP Process Ownership Own the end-to-end tender, RFP, and RFQ lifecycle, especially in public-sector and regulated healthcare contexts. Build standardized, auditable tender processes with clear timelines, responsibilities, and approval flows. Coordinate cross-functional contributors to ensure accurate, compliant, and competitive submissions. Analyse tender outcomes and drive continuous improvement through structured feedback loops. 3.

Revenue Performance, Forecasting & Insights Define, track, and report on end-to-end revenue KPIs, including: Pipeline health and coverage Forecast accuracy and deal risk Conversion rates across the funnel Win/loss drivers and cycle time Build executive-grade dashboards and reporting frameworks. Ensure data integrity, consistency, and transparency across all revenue systems. Partner with leadership on revenue planning, prioritization, and resource allocation. 4. AI, Automation & HubSpot Enablement Own and optimize HubSpot as the core revenue system of record.

Leverage AI and advanced automation to streamline and scale sales operations, including: Lead routing and prioritization Pipeline management and forecasting Tender orchestration and compliance tracking Cross-functional task and approval workflows Introduce AI-driven insights to proactively identify deal risk, pipeline gaps, and performance trends. Reduce manual work while improving speed, accuracy, and customer responsiveness. Continuously evaluate emerging AI capabilities to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. Design and scale Lyfegen Sales Operations function and operating model.

Define roles, responsibilities, and success metrics across SalesOps. Hire, onboard, and mentor SalesOps team members as the company grows. Create scalable documentation, playbooks, and governance frameworks to support global growth. 6. Agile, Customer-Centric Process Design Build and continuously improve end-to-end revenue processes that are agile, compliant, and customer-first.

Use iterative, data-driven improvement cycles informed by customer and sales feedback. Balance enterprise/regulatory complexity with simplicity and speed. Ensure processes consistently improve customer trust, predictability, and outcomes.

Who you are

Core Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Operations. Proven ability to operate across Sales, Marketing, SDR, and customer-facing teams. Demonstrated ownership of tender and RFP processes in complex or regulated environments. Strong analytical and systems thinking capabilities.

Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or equivalent CRM) and revenue analytics. Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare, pharma, life sciences, or public-sector procurement. Proven success building or scaling a SalesOps function in a growth-stage company. Strong understanding of enterprise and public-sector go-to-market complexity.

Practical experience using AI and automation to improve revenue processes and forecasting. Familiarity with agile or lean operating models.
