Descripción del trabajo Description The Opportunity Join a dynamic and collaborative team driving excellence in engineering projects worldwide. As a Document Control Specialist , you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of technical documentation across complex projects. This position offers the chance to work closely with Project Management, Engineering, and Planning teams , while developing expertise in cutting-edge document management systems. you are passionate about organization, precision, and enabling successful project execution , this is your opportunity to learn, grow, and make an impact in a global environment. How you’ll make an impact Register, issue, update, and archive technical project documentation. Maintain and update the Document Management System (DMS). Prepare and manage project document lists in collaboration with all disciplines. Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure accurate and traceable document delivery. Monitor document status and update planning dates with Project Management and Engineering. Prepare regular reports on documentation progress and compliance. Ensure adherence to company standards and document control procedures. Train end-users on document management tools and best practices. Your background University degree (preferably in Information & Documentation) or proven experience in document control within engineering companies. Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering environments. Proficiency in document management tools (InEight, SharePoint, Aconex, Documentum). Strong command of English (written and spoken); French is a plus. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
