If you are passionate aboutorganization, precision, and enabling successful project execution , this is your opportunity tolearn, grow, and make an impactin a global environment.How you’ll make an impactRegister, issue, update, and archive technical project documentation.Maintain and update the Document Management System (DMS).Prepare and manage project document lists in collaboration with all disciplines.Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure accurate and traceable document delivery.Monitor document status and update planning dates with Project Management and Engineering.Prepare regular reports on documentation progress and compliance.Ensure adherence to company standards and document control procedures.Train end‑users on document management tools and best practices.Your backgroundUniversity degree (preferably in Information & Documentation) or proven experience in document control within engineering companies.Minimum5 years of experiencein engineering environments.Proficiency in document management tools (InEight, SharePoint, Aconex, Documentum).Strong command ofEnglish(written and spoken);Frenchis a plus.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.More about usOur flexible working practices help you optimize personal and business performance while creating an environment where all employees can develop their skills and grow.Our employee benefit programs are tailored to each country, depending on location of employment and job grade.
