TOTAL TIBA AIRFREIGHT , perteneciente a ROMEU, busca incorporara un/a Air Customer Care para nuestro equipo de aéreo en las instalaciones del Prat del Llobregat, Barcelona. ¿Quieres formar parte del proyecto? Todos los posibles candidatos deben leer con atención los siguientes detalles de este trabajo antes de presentar una candidatura.¿Cómo será tu día a día? Recibir peticiones de transporte, evaluar las opciones disponibles, negociar tarifas con proveedores seleccionados y elaborar propuestas económicas detalladas para los clientes, asegurando la competitividad, necesidad y satisfacción del cliente. Realizar cotizaciones a clientes según requisitos y especificaciones del productos, Encargarse de la atención y asesoramiento al cliente . Ser parte intermediaria entre el cliente y tráfico. ¿Qué te hará triunfar en este nuevo reto? Formación superior en Transporte y Logística, Comercio Internacional o similar. Experiencia demostrable en posiciones de atención al cliente. Valorable conocimiento en tráfico aéreo y en documentación de import y export Inglés: nivel medio (B2). Excel y Paquete Office: nivel avanzado. En ROMEU: Encontrarás calidad humana y un buen ambiente laboral: donde lo más importante será la comunicación y el trabajo en equipo, remando todos juntos en la misma dirección.
