This role combines technical execution (CRM, automation, reporting) with process optimization to ensure scalable and efficient workflows. You will work closely with the Sales Ops Manager, becoming his technical counterpart to execute projects, manage Salesforce governance, and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing Ops and Customer Success Ops.Your role in BizAwayMaintain and optimize Salesforce CRM (governance, data quality, automation, validation rules).Build and manage dashboards and reports for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Support weekly and monthly data loads and ensure reporting accuracy.Design, test, and deploy automation flows in Salesforce and connected tools.
