We are seeking a highly motivated Research Scientist – Team Lead to join our scientific team focused on developing and translating to patients new therapeutic strategies based on biophysical strategies in low survival cancers, like glioblastoma. The successful candidate will combine hands-on experimental work with team coordination responsibilities, directly reporting to the Chief Scientific Officer (CSO), contributing to the scientific and operational success of the group and helping shape ongoing and future research directions of the company. Requirements:A PhD in biology, biomedicine, biotechnology, bioengeering, neuroscience, or a related field. Experience with in vivo experimentation (mice or rats), ideally in oncology or neuroscience models. Having an active animal experimentation license is a must. Experience with cell culture, primary cell culture/organoids is an asset. Familiarity with techniques such as flow cytometry, advanced microscopy, RNA-Seq, and/or proteomics. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, dynamic research environment. Ability to coordinate team members, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. Fluent in English, Spanish is an asset but not required.
