Reimagina que es posible. Como Internal Major Accounts Representative, te encargarás de: Gestión y resolución de incidencias de clientes, principalmente relacionadas con facturación. Llevar a cabo la gestión de la cuenta de clientes. Proporcionar un servicio de atención al cliente para garantizar su satisfacción. Hacer seguimiento de los procesos administrativos y recopilación de información. ¿Qué estamos buscando? Formación relacionada con el puesto, con experiencia en gestión y trato con clientes para la resolución de incidencia. Enfoque al servicio y satisfacción del cliente. Persona resolutiva, con capacidad de adaptación y mejora de procesos. Preferible dominio de SAP y herramientas MS Office (Excel). Imprescindible español nativo.
