Here’s the lowdown on what your role will actually look like (spoiler alert: it’s awesome)

We are seeking for a Accounts Payable Expert to join our Finance Team.

What you'll be rocking:

- Invoice reception, registration and posting in SAP (including DUA and invoices posted via file).
- Checking of invoices data and tax rules based on country of origin and destination
- Accounts payable email management
- Maintenance and reconciliation of vendor accounts.
- Accruals calculation
- Preparation of monthly reports of the area
- Participation in financial audit
- Contact person for internal and external requirements of the area
- Help in other requested tasks of the department.

What you bring to the table:

- At least 2-3 years of experience as Accounts Payable clerk.
- Mandatory SAP experience focused on Accounts Payable area
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical companies would be an asset
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Excellent computer skills, advanced in Excel.

Educational milestone:

- Preferably university degree in Economics.
- Excellent level of English and Spanish, spoken and written.

- Ability to build relationships with providers and internal departments.

- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
