We are interested in curious, structured professionals with sound judgment, capable of going beyond screen design to structure useful solutions that create consistent and scalable experiences. What You’ll Do Formulate hypotheses, prioritize features, and map user journeys to structure solutions aligned with the product vision. Adapt and evolve existing products while maintaining consistency and scalability. Create flows, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma, applying and improving the design system when needed. Design with a strong focus on accessibility, usability, and visual quality, ensuring consistency across the experience. Test prototypes and solutions with users to validate hypotheses and ensure design decisions address real needs. Identify improvement opportunities and evolve the experience through iterative cycles, keeping impact and sustainability in mind. Actively collaborate with product, business, and technology teams, bringing clarity to ideation, framing, and functional definition sessions. Validate global proposals for local implementation, suggesting adaptations when necessary. Act as a design reference for your product, with a long-term vision and operational effectiveness. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or in similar roles within digital environments. Ability to conduct research autonomously and translate insights into design decisions. Strong visual judgment and solid expertise in Figma and design systems. Practical knowledge of usability, accessibility, and user-centered design. Clear communication skills with technical, business, and design stakeholders. Flexibility to adapt to different levels of product and team maturity. Native Spanish or C1/C2 level. Fluent English to collaborate with international teams (C1 level). Nice to have Experience in e-commerce, retail, or internal tools. Familiarity with Miro, Contentsquare, Hotjar, Condens, or TheyDo. Experience contributing to roadmaps, product vision, or defining OKRs. Ability to facilitate workshops or co-creation sessions. Experience adapting global products to local contexts.
