- Hybrid The opportunity Join a fast-growing HR Technology team delivering a global SAP Success Factors Employee Central (EC) program from our EY GDS Spain hub in Málaga. You'll be a senior, hands-on integrator shaping how EC connects to payroll, identity, time, benefits, finance and analytics using modern patterns (SAP Integration Suite/CPI, OData/SFAPI, Intelligent Services/Business Events), with strong observability and security by design. You'll collaborate across countries and domains, work hybrid from Málaga, and see your work go live at scale. As a member of our team in the EY GDS Spain office in Malaga, you'll have a chance to extend your knowledge & experience by working on interesting projects with the newest technologies and approaches. You'll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in digital transformation. Your
key responsibilities
Design, build and maintain EC integrations using OData/SFAPI, Integration Center and SAP Integration Suite/CPI; leverage Intelligent Services/Business Events where appropriate. Define mappings, transformations, error handling and monitoring/alerting; contribute to an interface catalog and operational runbooks. Collaborate with IAM/Security on SSO (SAML/OIDC), RBAC and encryption; ensure GDPR and auditability requirements are met. Execute unit, component and SIT testing; support UAT, data reconciliations, performance testing and production cutovers. Produce high-quality documentation (specs, sequence diagrams, deployment guides) and deliver knowledge
