Sprint Planning and Participation Ensure the team understands the goal of each sprint and collaborates during sprint planning meetings. Work closely with the Scrum Master and development team during sprint cycles. Accept or reject deliverables based on quality and business value. Make informed decisions regarding trade-offs between scope, budget, and timelines. Be the final authority on scope changes during development. Agile Process Facilitation Support the team in adhering to Scrum or Agile processes while fostering collaboration and communication. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance. Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) from .
