Desde PaulMarlex se está colaborando con una empresa en crecimiento del sector tecnológico y audiovisual, para incorporar un/aProduct Owneren sus oficinas de Lleida.¿Cuál será tu misión en la empresa? • Definir la visión, objetivos y estrategia del producto alineados con las necesidades del negocio. • Planificar sprints, recursos y dependencias de los proyectos. • Redactar y validar criterios de aceptación y calidad. • Supervisar la evolución del producto durante todo su ciclo de vida. • Coordinar equipos multidisciplinares y garantizar la alineación interna. • Gestionar la relación con clientes y stakeholders, realizando toma de requisitos y seguimiento continuado. • Colaborar con proveedores/as internos/as y externos/as. • Participar en pruebas, validaciones y procesos de QA.¿Formar parte de una empresa innovadora especializada en soluciones inmersivas y XR. • Un entorno creativo, tecnológico y altamente colaborativo. • Oportunidad de crecimiento dentro de un equipo con proyectos de alto impacto.¿Formación universitaria en Gestión de Productos Digitales, Producción Digital y Multimedia, Audiovisuales, Ingeniería o titulaciones equivalentes. • Experiencia mínima de 2 añoscomo Product Owner, Project Manager o Producer en proyectos XR, inmersivos o audiovisuales. • Conocimiento profundo de metodologíasAgile y Scrum. • Experiencia en gestión de backlog, priorización y planificación de sprints. • Experiencia liderando equipos multidisciplinares y gestionando clientes. • Dominio de herramientas comoJira, Trello, Asana o ClickUp. • Forma parte de:Equipo de Desarrollo •Relación con clientes:Toma de requisitos y seguimiento de proyectos
