We're hiring Join our team as an Experienced IT Support Technician (2nd Line / Desk Side Support) based at our client's site.Por favor, verifique que tiene el nivel de experiencia y las cualificaciones adecuadas leyendo la descripción completa de esta oportunidad a continuación.We're looking for a proactive, hands‑on professional with solid networking and infrastructure support skills who can provide top‑notch customer service, resolve tickets efficiently, and deliver smart hands support for on‑site and remote issues.What you'll doProvide 2nd line desk side support via walk‑in Tech Hubs, on‑site visits, or remote toolsTroubleshoot hardware/software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devicesSupport networking, MS Office 365, Windows OS (XP to 11), and Active Directory tasksHandle installation and upgrades of supported hardware/softwareCollaborate with support centers and maintain accurate ServiceNow recordsTravel may be required; a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are essentialWhat you bringStrong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilitiesGreat communication skills — both with users and technical teamsA customer‑first mindset and the ability to work independently or as part of a teamKnowledge of networking basics and infrastructure supportNice to have (but not required):CompTIA A+ / Network+ certificationsWhat’s nextIt’s best to apply today, because job postings can be taken down and we wouldn’t want you to miss this opportunity.
