Analize HSE data identify trends and propose corrective actions to ensure the continuous improvement of our HSE performance. Foster a culture of continuous improvement in HSE performance by capturing and sharing best practices and innovative solutions. Support HSE operational excellence by ensuring the implementation of company programs and High Voltages operational risk management. Offer expert HSE advice to reduce the likelihood of adverse outcomes for people and environment. Provide support and ensure compliance with our HSE Operating System with a specific focus on Life Saving Rules compliance high-risk activities and human factors. Provide strong HSE leadership to promote a high-performance culture role modeling and reinforcing a proactive safety culture.
