Desde About your talent, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a **Responsable** de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente (HSE)** para una empresa destacada del sector industrial (gestión de residuos). Este rol es fundamental para asegurar que las normativas de salud, seguridad y medio ambiente se cumplan en todas las operaciones de la empresa.

**Principales funciones**:

- **Implementación de Políticas**: Diseñar, implementar y supervisar políticas de HSE, asegurando el cumplimiento con regulaciones locales e internacionales.
- **Gestión de Riesgos**: Identificar, evaluar y mitigar riesgos potenciales en las operaciones diarias para garantizar un entorno de trabajo seguro.
- **Capacitación y Formación**: Desarrollar y coordinar programas de formación en seguridad laboral para todos los empleados.
- **Auditorías Internas**: Realizar auditorías regulares y revisiones para asegurar que los sistemas de HSE están siendo implementados eficientemente.
- **Investigación de Incidentes**: Liderar la investigación de incidentes y desarrollar planes de acción correctiva.
- **Coordinación con Entidades Externas**: Representar a la empresa en funciones relacionadas con HSE y coordinarse con agencias regulatorias y partes interesadas.

**Principales requisitos**:

- **Educación**: Licenciatura en Ingeniería, Seguridad Industrial, Medio Ambiente, o áreas relacionadas.
- **Experiência**: Mínimo 5 años de experiência en roles de HSE, preferiblemente dentro del sector industrial.
- **Habilidades**:

- Fuertes capacidades organizativas y de liderazgo.
- Conocimiento actualizado sobre normativas y estándares de HSE.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- **Idiomas**: Nível avanzado de inglés, tanto hablado como escrito.
