Job OverviewWe are currently seeking dedicated professionals for a German Speaking Customer Service Agent position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities- Deliver premium-level support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve complex inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction within the Customer Support Services industry.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of client products and services to provide accurate and efficient assistance.
- Document all customer interactions accurately within the internal CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and elevate critical issues, contributing to process improvements.
- Uphold the highest quality standards expected of a German Speaking Customer Service Agent position in Bulgaria.
- Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs as defined by management.
- Native or fluent German (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to professional customer care.
- Ability to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria, for this key Customer Support Services role.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a high-paced, professional environment.
