Our client provides creative services to the global video games industry and beyond through an end-to-end platform, supercharged by its own technology. Its goal is to help clients imagine more by partnering in bringing to life digital content that entertains, connects, and educates people worldwide. Program Leadership & Strategy Develop and execute transformation roadmaps in partnership with leadership and business stakeholders. Translate strategic priorities (e.g., HR technology modernization, talent processes, operating model changes) into structured programs with clear deliverables, milestones, and success metrics. Ensure alignment between HR initiatives and broader enterprise transformation goals. Project & Portfolio Management Establish program governance, track progress, manage risks/issues, and report status to senior leadership. Identify opportunities to streamline processes using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies. Drive adoption of digital tools that improve service delivery and data-driven decision making. Change Management Develop and execute management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies. Lead communications, stakeholder engagement, and training programs to support workforce readiness. Measure change effectiveness and adjust plans as needed to maximize impact. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration Act as a liaison between HR, IT, Finance, and business units to ensure strong alignment and smooth execution. Facilitate workshops, decision-making forums, and cross-functional working groups. Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and influence without direct authority.
