Interim HR Director & Social Relations (M / W) Spanish scope + southern European countries. Based in Spain with a presence in various Southern European countries. Express, exclusive mandate for a key international client. The position is an interim management mission, with an expected start date in mid‑January 2026. Responsibilities Implement a sensitive business & social transformation, developing social relationships and ensuring HR business continuity. Co‑ordinate the transformation within Spanish labor laws and HR legal processes. Ensure “a usual” HR business continuity and directly manage the local HR team during the transformation phase. Qualifications Based in Spain, fluent in Spanish & English. Expertise in Spanish labour law with a proven track record in social relations management and restructuring contexts. Experience in BtoB sectors such as specialised distribution, transport, logistics, supply‑chain, fleet management, warehousing or equivalent. Strong legal knowledge of labour and social matters; experience working with Group and local employee representative bodies. Agile within complex matrix organisations.
