Job Description We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our data team. This role requires hands-on technical experience with modern data tools, strong programming capabilities, and a collaborative mindset to work across business and technical stakeholders. You’ll play a key role in supporting and optimizing data pipelines, enabling decision-making through insights, and contributing to strategic data initiatives in cloud environments. This role, will be part of an exciting project to work toghether with 4 junior profiles and help them to growth. Provide advanced support and analysis across tools such as MicroStrategy, Power BI, Qlik, Hue (Hive/Impala), Databricks , and Airflow . Perform complex data queries and transformations using SQL, Python, Scala , and Pyspark . Administer and monitor data processes using SUPRA, TrueDat , and Hadoop ecosystems. Develop dashboards and data visualizations to deliver business insights and operational intelligence. Support orchestration and workflow automation through Control-M and Shell scripting . Work with Azure cloud platforms to build scalable and secure data workflows. Perform data validation and process auditing to ensure accuracy and compliance. Collaborate in agile squads, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Communicate effectively with data engineers, business users, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data solutions. Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices in data analysis, visualization, and documentation. Qualifications Requirements 3+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, technical support, and cloud-based data environments. Proficient in Python, SQL, Java , and data engineering tools like Pyspark and Databricks . Strong understanding of BI and reporting platforms: Power BI, MicroStrategy, Qlik . Practical knowledge of cloud infrastructure , especially Azure , and automation tools like Control-M . Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop , Hue , and distributed processing with Impala/Hive . Solid understanding of data governance , auditing, and validation tools such as TrueDat . Agile team experience, using Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2-C1) ; fluency in Spanish is a strong asset. Knowledge of banking and treasury operations is highly valued. Education Bachelor’s Degree, Certificate of Higher Education, or Vocational Training in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
