As we continue to expand and evolve, we are seeking a Senior Data Analyst who can take ownership of data visualizations, analysis, and insights. The ideal candidate will be a driven, passionate self-starter capable of developing innovative and effective solutions to our most critical business and data challenges. The position is a full-time, permanent role , reporting to the Head of Data and Insights. It will cover the Iberian business and be based at the Málaga Head Office with a remote working policy of 1 day per week. Key Responsibilities: Gain understanding of core databases (SQL Server, Redshift, Azure) and available data. Understand how business processes are reflected in the databases. Support team members and third-party developers in building data platform solutions, including our new Microsoft Fabric environment. Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders and build reports and dashboards in Excel, Superset, and Power BI to automatically provide KPIs. Translate raw customer data into actionable insights, clear analysis, and recommendations. Provide ongoing insights into customer trends across the business. Supervise and oversee junior/less experienced data analysts. Skills & Competencies: Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus). Effective communication skills to collaborate with non-technical departments. Proven ability in statistical analysis and exploratory modeling to identify trends. Attention to detail. Logical thinker and problem solver, capable of reverse engineering. Proficiency in SQL (SQL Server, Postgres). Experience with BI systems. At least 2 years’ experience with Power BI (or 3+ years with other BI tools, knowledge of DAX is a plus). Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of Python is a plus. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in a data-related field. 3+ years’ experience in similar roles. Experience as a team lead is valued. #J-18808-Ljbffr
