In this position, you will be responsible for developing courses on AI engineering for different target audiences. Please note that after applying for this position you will be required to complete a test assignment – successfully completing the assignment will be the first step in the interview process. This is a full‑time remote contract position. What you will do Audit current AI Engineering courses in terms of cognitive load, difficulty level, and alignment with learning goals Work with student feedback and subject‑matter expert recommendations to identify areas for course quality improvement Adapt courses for different target audiences (tech and non‑tech professionals) Update course content in collaboration with a Product Manager and SMEs Maintain a backlog of improvements Develop new courses teaching how to use Nebius products Participate in learning needs analysis and high‑level course design with the Product Manager and SME Map learning outcomes for the entire course and for each module and lesson Collaborate with the production team to create content based on SME materials, prepare practice exercises and learning aids Create documentation about courses and keep it up to date Requirements Worked as an instructional designer / learning experience designer / learning content developer / program designer for at least 3 years Proven experience working with technical topics such as software engineering, data science, data analysis Knowledge of models and methodologies for complex skills learning Ability to develop various forms of educational content (long reads, video, projects, practice tasks, infographics, assessments, etc.) Experience designing and implementing skills and knowledge assessment in courses Capability to structure educational experiences and build Learning Journey Maps (LJMs) Proficiency with modern tools for creating learning aids (we use Figma, HeyGen, Supademo) English proficiency Nice‑to‑have Experience working with customer education and creating instructions on software Background in programming or another IT profession (related degree, certification, or prior work experience) What we value Autonomy – you propose, do, and ask questions independently Empathetic, learner‑centric approach – you make decisions considering learners’ interests, concerns, and context, recognizing shared responsibility for successes and failures Dedication and commitment – you are genuinely invested in achieving the best outcomes and proud of your work Attention to detail and thoroughness – you’ll be processing a lot of advanced content What we can offer you Remote, full‑time contracted position Compensation of $2,000 to $2,500 per month gross, aligned with experience Annual performance appraisals and a bonus system Digital office using modern tools such as Miro, Notion, Slack, etc. Freedom to work professionally without micromanagement Room to grow as our product expands rapidly Diverse and close‑knit team across the world: Europe, Asia, and Latin America Disclosures At this time we are unable to offer H1B sponsorship opportunities in the USA.
