We are hiring Customer Service (French Native Speakers) to join a growing international Customer Experience hub in Valencia. In this role, you ll be the main point of contact for customers and service providers, delivering high-quality support across phone and digital channels and contributing to service quality and customer satisfaction. What you’ll do Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels in a timely and professional manner Provide clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented support to customers and service providers Monitor service quality, identify issues, and take corrective actions when needed Follow defined processes and best practices while maintaining a high standard of service Accurately document interactions in the CRM and contribute to knowledge base updates Escalate complex cases when necessary and collaborate with internal teams to ensure resolution Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing customer feedback and recurring issues with the team REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS Native French speaker (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, customer support, or concierge/conciergerie roles Strong verbal communication skills and excellent writing abilities Customer-oriented mindset with a strong sense of service quality and attention to detail Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure or sensitive situations Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and support platforms English proficiency is required; Spanish is a plus What’s offered Join a growing international customer service center in Spain A role where quality, communication, and customer satisfaction truly matter Work within a diverse and multicultural team Opportunities for growth within Customer Experience Competitive compensation and benefits package Interested?
