The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own Talent Acquisition: Execute end‑to‑end recruitment processes for Sales positions, source, screen, and interview candidates to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process. Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, ensure a positive and professional experience, and keep them informed about the hiring process, company culture, and career opportunities. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the ATS, track candidate status, provide timely reports to stakeholders, and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. The Perfect Match: What It Takes to Succeed at Huspy Fluency in Spanish and English. 3+ years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on Sales roles. Proven experience of hiring for high‑volume roles. Curiosity, excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter. Proven success in recruiting for startup environments is highly desirable.
