Talent Acquisition Partner

**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for a talented and driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and play a crucial role in crafting the future of our organization and the growth of our Madrid team. You will assist with the delivery of our Talent Acquisition strategy and enable our business to scale by attracting, engaging, and hiring the best talent for ESW.

This is a hybrid role, 2-3 days in-office days per week.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with hiring managers and teams to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source a diverse pool of top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Track, report and analyse our talent pipeline and hiring progress with the use of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and LinkedIn Talent Insights.
- Educate hiring managers and teams on our ATS and hiring process.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to promote diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Understand our employee value proposition, develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract passive talent.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within a high growth global technology company.
- Expert in end-to-end sourcing methods with a proven track record of delivering via direct sourcing.
- Ability to effectively communicate, establish relationships and influence across the business.
- Creativity in problem-solving and resourcefulness.
- Strategic thinker with outstanding data analysis and analytical skills.
- Hands on experience with employer branding projects and activities.
- Solid understanding of processes, tools, and technologies. Experience with Greenhouse is highly desirable.
- Proficient English and Spanish
