Job DescriptionJob SummaryWe are seeking a Junior IC Layout Engineer or highly motivated newly graduated to join our team and support IC layout implementation under guidance. This role is ideal for a new graduate with a strong interest in IC physical design and a desire to grow into a full ownership layout role. Key Responsibilities Support IC layout implementation at the block or sub-block level Apply basic IC layout principles under supervision Run and assist with DRC and LVS checks Follow defined layout methodologies and best practices Communicate progress and ask for support when needed Learn layout flows, tools, and tape-out processes Required Qualifications Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering or related field Fluent in written and spoken English Basic understanding of IC layout fundamentals Motivation to learn and develop hands-on layout skills Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.
