When we feel supported in the workplace and at home, there’s nothing we can’t achieve.Basic Qualifications5+ years of people management experience.5+ years of experiences in managing an IT environment.In-depth knowledge and experience of change, problem and incident management.Demonstrated communication skill in presentation, open discussion, team coaching.Understanding in Financial budgeting, Capex and Opex concepts.Preferred QualificationsCumulative experiences in Data Center Operations or similar roles in a mission critical environment.Cumulative experiences with information technology infrastructure domains such as compute server platforms, storage server platforms, server components, network devices, cabling and IT service delivery principles and best practices.Project Management skill.Experience in Safety and Security measures.Fluent in Korean and EnglishOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
