When we feel supported in the workplace and at home, there’s nothing we can’t achieve in the cloud.Basic QualificationsBachelor or equivalent qualifications in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering or related disciplines.1 year experience in server / network hardware and operation systems maintenance / troubleshooting.Basic knowledge of network cabling (fiber optic) and operation support experience.Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of data center infrastructure design, operations, or delivery.Knowledge of cloud computing technologies.Knowledge of process improvement, ideally including Lean, Kaizen and Six Sigma.Industry experience in Data Center Operations.Understanding of data center safety and security environment.Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
